Social media is an important aspect of our customers lives and a valued way in which we connect with our customers. We love to see your gorgeous photos and read your reviews, and we would love your content to be part of our story. So we have developed this policy to ensure you know we treat your content (user generated content) with respect and will ask your permission to use it if this is not clear when you share it with us.
Customer Images on Instagram
We absolutely love to see your beautiful images on Instagram, and are thrilled when you tag us or use a hashtag for Woolbabe.
We would often love to share these images with our followers.
We will always ask your permission before we repost or share on another platform.
If we do ask your permission, we are asking for you to allow us to potentially share your images on:
- Instagram
- Woolbabe Facebook Pages
- Our website and other electronic or print advertising.
Customer Images on our Facebook Page:
If you share an image on our public Woolbabe Facebook Page, you are posting it in a public forum. We reserve the right to re-share your image on our other public social channels such as Instagram. If we would like to use your image in other places, such as on our website or other marketing, we will contact you to seek your permission.
Customer Reviews
When you make a purchase at Woolbabe we may request a product review. If you submit a review we may use your content to promote the product or service you have reviewed through the following channels.

If we contact you to seek permission to reshare or use your image, please read the User Generated Content Agreement below.

WOOLBABE 'USER GENERATED CONTENT' AGREEMENT'
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT TERMS THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. WHEN YOU SEND THE HASHTAG #AGREE TO THE SLEEP STORE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
You own the Content. Nothing in this license agreement changes that.
You are giving Woolbabe a license to use the Content on Woolbabe's websites, apps, e-mail, and social media, including for promotional purposes.
You are also giving Woolbabe license to use your name and image and other biographic material in conjunction with the Content.
Content Sharing Campaigns
We will on occasions run a promotion or ask for customers to share photos or content to share.
Such a post or campaign will specifically state that by sharing your photo, you are giving permission for us to use your content on our social media, website or other uses.
So part of the terms and conditions for the contest would be that users who provide a photo are automatically consenting to their photo being shared or used by the brand.
Reviewers or bloggers using gifted product
If we gift you product in exchange for a review or social media content, you are agreeing for us to share your images and words.
For example, if you post a photo showing a woolbabe that we gave you to review, we will share the image without specifically requesting your permission for each photo or on each occasion we share the image.
If you are not happy with this blanket permission to share your content, please contact our social media team to discuss BEFORE accepting the gifted item.
