We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia the UK and USA. Shipping rates are live on our website and calculated at check out, before payment. We ship from our Auckland warehouse several times per day. All our products are in stock and ready to dispatch.
Shipping to New Zealand - NZD $5 flat rate within New Zealand
Shipping to Australia - AUD $10 flat rate within Australia
Shipping to the UK and USA - Shipping is based on the weight of your item/s and starts from NZD $25. This will be converted into your transactional currency at checkout.
Christmas Shipping Deadlines
To have the best chance of receiving your Woolbabe order prior to Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:
8th December for orders shipping to UK & USA
11th December for orders shipping to Australia
18th December for orders shipping within New Zealand
Shipping Provider & Tracking
New Zealand orders are dispatched through New Zealand post and you can track your parcel here. Orders within New Zealand usually take 1-3 business days.
Australian orders are dispatched through Toll Priority and you can track your parcel here. Orders shipped to Australian cities, usually take 3-5 business days and to rural locations up to 7 days.
UK and US orders are dispatched through New Zealand post and you can track your parcel here.
