BO & KO Baby are renowned for their stunning collections of baby goods with designs representing indigenous heritage, rooted in cultural identity and whakapapa. They have teamed up with the beloved Woolbabe to create a range of high quality baby sleepwear.
It was of the upmost importance that Māori culture was appropriately represented in this collaboration. BO & KO Baby worked closely with a Toi Māori artist to bring their vision for the design to life. They have been guided by their kaumātua and received blessing over this collaboration of product collections between BO & KO Baby and Woolbabe.

The unaunahi, like a ripple in the water, has a centre point where each ripple once was.
As the ripple develops, an offspring replaces its spot. The spiral in which the ripples flow out of, represent balance and tranquillity.
This collaboration between BO & KO Baby and Woolbabe has received blessing from Ngāpuhi Kaumātua Ngāwati Hone Mau.

The multi award-winning Front Zip Duvet Woolbabe is our most popular winter warm sleeping bag, much loved for being so easy to use and so cosy. They are ideal for bedrooms under 20 degrees, though they can be used in rooms 14 to 22 degrees by varying the clothing inside the bag. Ideal for autumn through to spring for most of Australasia, and even summer nights in cooler homes. The Duvet Woolbabe has the heavier feel of a quilt or layers of wool blankets, with the peace of mind that comes with your baby sleeping in a sleeping bag designed with safety as a priority.
Duvet Woolbabes are filled with a luxurious merino filling, quilted with smooth organic cotton lining that makes them suitable for babies with sensitive skin.

What tog is a Duvet Weight sleeping bag? Our Woolbabe sleeping bags are a merino blend and are not tog rated. This is because merino is a natural fibre that adjusts according to temperature. Customers that are looking for a 2.5 tog sleeping bag often choose the duvet weight Woolbabe because it can be used in similar room temperature ranges but can also be used over a broader temperature range than traditional 2.5 tog sleeping bags making it a more versatile choice.
Woolbabe Sleeping Bags provide a number of benefits:

- Your baby stays a consistent temperature all night as their bedding can't be kicked off

The Front Zip model is very quick and easy to use, just pop your baby's arms through the arm-holes and zip it closed. The under-arm snaps means it is a more cosy fit when your baby it near the bottom end of the size range. This Woolbabe can also be used in your buggy with a 5-point harness. It has a double-ended zip on the front that closes at the top and zips downwards. It can also be unzipped from the bottom and opened upwards for nappy changing. There is a buggy slot in the back of the bag, which can be used with the double-ended zip on the front.

All Woolbabe Sleeping Bags have underarm snaps for a better fit when you start using a sleeping bag.
Choose the correct size Woolbabe Sleeping bag or sleepwear item for your baby now. Choosing to purchase a size that is too big for your baby puts them at risk of it not fitting safely. If you're worried that you'll only get a few months of use, keep in mind that Woolbabe sleeping bags are generously sized and are the longest baby sleeping bags on the market. We often get positive feedback from parents that their 2 year olds are still using their 3-24 month size Woolbabe sleeping bag comfortably and haven't yet outgrown it.
Please note - Measurements are taken when garments are laid flat. Areas such as chest, waist, armhole and hips are calculated at twice the width to get the full measurement.
