chart is a guide where you are provided with both a stretched out and
relaxed measurement. The elasticated waistband along with the drawstring
allow for the range in suitable sizing.
Measurements are taken when garments are laid flat. Areas such
as waist are calculated at twice the width to get the
full measurement.
